I started Klear Water Solutions after fifteen years in the construction trades, because I kept seeing the same thing: homeowners sold a softener for a problem a softener doesn't solve, or a UV system dropped onto water so full of iron the sleeve fouled in a month.
So the process here starts with a test, not a quote. I'll tell you what's in your water, what's actually causing the symptom you called about, and what the equipment will and won't do. Sometimes that means a smaller job than you expected. That's fine — I'd rather be the guy you call for the next fifteen years.

Here's what that means in practice. There's no middleman — you deal directly with the owner. The person who answers the phone is the person who tests your water, sizes the equipment, does the install and comes back to service it..
The process starts with a test. Hardness, iron, manganese, pH, sulfur and bacteria, plus a flow rate reading, because half of sizing equipment correctly is knowing what your well can actually deliver. Then I explain the numbers in plain language and tell you what each option will and won't fix. Sometimes that conversation ends with a $50 filter instead of a full treatment system. That's a good outcome.
I'm a certified Viqua partner and I stay current with industry standards, because when it comes to drinking water, safety and reliability aren't optional. Whether it's a quick repair or a full treatment train, I show up when I say I will, do the work properly, and treat your home like it's my own.
